The first module of the We4all program was held in Pamplona, where for three days, 23 LEINN team entrepreneurs from the entrepreneurship labs in the Basque Country (Oñati, Irun and Bilbao), Valencia and Barcelona worked on team connection and cohesion. The objective of this meeting was to deepen in social and cooperative entrepreneurship, exploring projects driven by the economy of social transformation.

The module included visits to self-managed spaces in the Old Part of Pamplona, where participants met inspiring projects such as Katakrak -which combines bookstore, bar and event spaces- and Plazara!, a community space that brings together 37 projects focused on the needs of citizens.

On the second day, the team entrepreneurs delved into feminism and the fight against racism. They visited the “Gaz Kaló” project to address the problems of the gypsy community and their fight against anti-gypsyism, and participated in a session at SOS Racism, where they explored institutional racism and learned about projects focused on housing and food sovereignty, highlighting Aritu. The day also included a visit to the Black Power project, where second-generation girls raise awareness about racialization and racism through art.

The module ended with the introspective exercise “Personal Manifesto”, in which the participants, together with TheatreLari - a collaborative theater school that works with vulnerable groups - reflected on their personal values and goals through performance art.

This first module of the We4all program has provided a transformative experience for LEINN's team entrepreneurs, bringing them closer to the challenges and opportunities in social and cooperative projects, and offering them valuable tools for their future as entrepreneurs.
