COLLABORATING PARTNERS
The collaborating partners of Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa J.M.A.Scoop. are companies and other organisations that contribute to the achievement of the social objective of our educational institution, centred on the comprehensive training of people and the generation, transfer and socialisation of knowledge in the scientific-technological field.
The entities that are currently members and participate annually in the General Assembly of the Polytechnic School are the following:
Benefits received by the collaborating partner entity
The corresponding rate is applied to the collaborating company in the provision of services (transfer projects and continuous training)
They enjoy a preferential position in the assignment and monitoring of students
Collaborating partners are entitled to 1/3 of the social votes in the Assembly, which will be distributed among their representatives
The specific weight of each collaborating partner is determined according to the contribution made
No interest is paid on contributions
No rebates are applied
Who can be a collaborating entity?
1. MONDRAGON Cooperatives
- Contribution to social capital
- Regular fee: Exempt, they contribute from other MONDRAGON funds
2. Non-MONDRAGON Cooperatives
- Contribution to social capital
- Regular fee: 2 modalidalities
- Specific amount agreed annually by the Assembly/Governing Council (91.94€ year 2024) for each worker located within the scope of action of MGEP
- A contribution resulting from applying a criterion equivalent to that which benefits MGEP in the case of member entities belonging to category A
3. Non-cooperative entities
- Contribution to social capital
- Regular fee: Specific amount agreed annually by the Assembly/Governing Council (91,94€ year 2024) for each worker located within the scope of action of MGEP
4. Technology centres and/or business R&D units belonging to MONDRAGON or with a majority shareholding by another MGEP partner entity
- Contribution to social capital
- Regular fee: Exempt
Company incorporation process
1. Admission agreement of the Governing Council
To review the terms and conditions of the cooperation of rights and obligations
2. Make an initial compulsory contribution
- Cooperatives or entities controlled by them: In no case less than € 300.51
- Non-cooperatives: € 3.01 per worker with a minimum contribution of € 300.51
3. Signing a collaboration contract
Among other aspects, it determines the payment of the periodic contribution
