Eskola Osasungarria

Eskola Osasungarria is a Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa initiative, aimed at the worker collective, which aims to integrate health as a priority in Eskola, promoting it within the university community and in society, based on physical activity and diet.

With this aim, it seeks to promote awareness and encourage the integration of healthy lifestyles, increasing the personal health resources of workers in the workplace and their personal resources to deal with stress, conflicts and other psychosocial risks.
