Xabier Egibar appointed new president of Mondragon Unibertsitatea
The appointment was unanimously approved by the Mondragon Unibertsitatea Governing Council held today, 25 April 2024.

The Governing Council of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, at its meeting held today, 25 April 2024, unanimously appointed Xabier Egibar Gainza as the new president of the University's Governing Council, replacing Javier Oleaga Mendiarach, president from 2022 to the present day.
Xabier Egibar, CEO of LABORAL Kutxa, will add to his current responsibilities at the credit cooperative the presidency of Mondragón Unibertsitatea and will remain in the position until 2027.
