Mondragon Unibertsitatea is the leading university in Spain in terms of employability, according to the U-Ranking study carried out by the BBVA Foundation and the Valencian Institute IVIE. According to this ranking, the employability of Mondragon Unibertsitatea graduates stands at 86.9% four years after completing their studies, taking into account all the university's studies and fields of knowledge.

A detailed analysis by degree shows even better employability data, as in the case of the Degree in Energy Engineering, with an employability rate of 94.3%; Primary Education, with an employability rate of 93.8%; the Degree in Early Childhood Education, with 92.9%; Mechanical Engineering, with 92.8%; the Degree in Business Administration and Management, with 90.4%; or the Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Image and Multimedia, and the Degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering, whose employment rates reach 88.1%.

The unemployment rate of Mondragon Unibertsitatea graduates is 5% one year after graduation. The graduates who are not included in these figures are people who continue studying.
