Description
During the year we organize BodyTao courses on the Eskoriatza campus.
BodyTao is a training system that mixes Pilates and martial arts. Trainings to develop physical power, emotional balance and mental clarity that are inspired by classic techniques such as pilates and yoga and oriental techniques such as Chi Kung and martial arts.
Main objectives:
- Reduce back pain by strengthening and stretching the muscle area.
- Reduce stress through breathing.
- Be aware of the energy that circulates in our body
