The Faculty of Engineering of Mondragon Unibertsitatea and the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences have received a visit from the Minister of Science, Universities and Innovation

This is the second visit that Mondragon Unibertsitatea has received from the Minister with the aim of getting to know the institution in depth.

Mondragon Unbiertsitatea received yesterday, March 27th, the visit of the Minister of Science, Universities and Innovation and the Deputy Minister of Universities.

In the morning they were received by the Rector of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, the Vice Rector, the General Secretary, the Director of the Faculty of Engineering and the Academic Coordinator in the facilities of the Faculty of Engineering.

At this meeting, the faculty of engineering was presented and several research laboratories were visited, such as those for materials, fluid mechanics and H2, AI+safety, robotics, machining, machines, mechanical design, forming and medium voltage.

In the afternoon they moved to the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences where they visited first Aretxabaleta campus and specifically the facilities of the new project called IDEIENEA, a space to promote innovation and entrepreneurship in the field of audiovisualcommunication and then the Eskoriatza campus where the Rector of Mondragon Unibertsitatea spoke about the challenges that the new strategic plan defined for 2025-2028 includes and the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences was presented, focusing the conversation mainly on the field of educational innovation, the research that is being carried out in this area and also the educational offer of the Faculty.
