Today, we have gone from education understood as the transmission of knowledge to the generation of educational contexts driven by facilitators. The field of gastronomic education is no stranger to these changes. In this online Master’s degree, you will be trained in the creation of meaningful learning environments, always with gastronomic training at their core.
