By taking the Master in Strategic Talent Management #Mtalent_mu, you will learn to manage, motivate and lead the people in an organisation. You will do this by designing and implementing people management systems and processes in response to the strategic needs and challenges of the business.
To do this, during the 18th-month-long Master, you will learn the main processes and systems of people management through real business challenges, as well as the latest trends that are revolutionising the field of human resources. And you will be able to put all these skills into practice during a one-year placement in an organisation's people management department.

ENVIRONMENT, STRATEGY AND PEOPLE
You will learn the keys of the social, economic and job market environments to understand how companies behave in different scenarios and thus be able to plan organisations´ future talent needs.
EMPLOYER BRANDING, MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION
You will learn, design and apply innovative strategies and techniques to attract, engage and select the right people to meet organisations' needs.
TALENT DEVELOPMENT
You will acquire skills to design and implement innovative projects around the development of people's talent, among which you will work with themes such as commitment, compensation, recognition and diversity.
TRANSITION, DISENGAGEMENT AND EXIT
You will develop the skills needed to strategically design and carry out the exit processes of people from organisations, also applying knowledge transfer strategies.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP
You will learn to lead yourself, lead teams and understand organisational transformation processes.
You will learn through practice
During the 18-month-long Master's degree, you will gain the knowledge and interpersonal skills necessary to become a professional capable of managing people, their talent and the organisation itself, generating and increasing the value of different types of companies and organisations.

Training Program
The Master's Degree in Digital Marketing has a study plan drawn up from its most general subjects towards the most specific ones of digital marketing, ending with the subjects related to the practical application of the competences acquired in the classroom to a real environment in an organization.
