MOBILITY AND INTERNATIONALIZATION

International Itinerary – Erasmus + Study

The objective is to promote the bilateral mobility of students, signing agreements between universities for the development of their studies abroad.

During the mobility stays, carried out during the first semester of the second year, our students have the opportunity to study in prestigious foreign universities. Students who opt for this itinerary will be able to specialize for 5 months in one of these universities:

  • Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium)
  • Stuttgart University (Germany)
  • Folkwang University of the Arts (Germany)
  • INSA - Institut National des sciences appliquées (France)
  • École de design Nantes Atlantique (France)
  • ESAD College of Art and Design (France)
  • Strate School of Design (France)
  • University of Skövde (Sweden)
  • Halmstad University (Sweden)
  • POLITO - Polytechnic University of Turin (Italy)
  • POLIMI - Polytechnic University of Milan (Italy)
  • Mendel University in Brno (Czech Republic)
  • TU Eindhoven (Netherlands)
  • Art Academy of Latvia (Latvia)
  • Ondokuz Mayis University (Turkey)
  • Kadir Has (Turkey)

Students will be recognized for the credits agreed upon in the learning agreement. In Europe, stays are carried out through the Erasmus+ studies program, and outside Europe, through Bilateral Agreements. Through the Erasmus+ Program, students will receive a grant from Europe (OAPEE) or from the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports. In addition to this, students may also apply for the Basque Government scholarship. Through the Bilateral Agreements, students will have the option to apply for the Basque Government scholarship.

International Itinerary - Erasmus+ Internships

Through this program, our students can carry out their projects in foreign universities, companies or research centers, which will be a half-year project (30 ECTS).

Projects in European universities will be covered by the Erasmus+ Study program, while projects carried out in European companies or research centers will be covered by the Erasmus+ Internships program. Outside Europe, if the project is carried out in a university, it will be covered by Bilateral Agreements and if the project is carried out in a company, it will be covered by the University-Company Agreement.

With the Erasmus Study and Internship program, students, apart from receiving the Erasmus grant and the complement granted by the Ministry of Education, may also receive mobility aid offered by the Basque Government.

Scholarships and Grants

Through the Erasmus+ program, students have the option of receiving a grant from Europe (OAPEE) or from the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports. In addition, they may also apply for the international mobility program of the Basque Government.

Outside Europe, students will be eligible to apply for a grant from the Basque Government's international mobility program.
