Module 1: Fundamentals of Sensory Analysis: Introduction to the scientific foundations of sensory analysis and methods for evaluating sensory attributes (29 ECTS).

Module 2: Advanced Sensory Evaluation Methodologies: In-depth exploration of advanced descriptive, discriminative, and affective techniques, along with their practical application (12 ECTS).

Module 3: Consumer Psychology and Sensory Perception: Examines how psychological and cultural factors influence product perception and consumer decision-making (11 ECTS).

Module 4: Innovation and Product Development: Sensory application methods for the creation and enhancement of products, focusing on sustainability and ethics (10 ECTS).

Module 5: Research Project in Sensory Analysis and Consumer Sciences: A final integrative project that allows students to apply their knowledge in a practical and research context (30 ECTS).
