First academic year:
- October 2025 to June 2026 (on-site training at Basque Culinary Center).
Second academic year:
- September 2026 to January 2027 (Master's Final Project at an international institution or in the student's home country?
Timetable: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m
The Master's Degree includes participation in some of the following events:
- International Forum of Entrepreneurs Culinary Action.
- San Sebastián Gastonomika.
- Diálogos de Cocina Congress.
- Culinary Interaction Forum.
- Visits to industry institions and companies.
