Advantages of dual training for students

At Mondragon Unibertsitatea, through the Mondragon Dual programme, we offer our students the opportunity to train in a working environment, developing technical and transversal skills while participating in a professional training experience. Students can combine their studies with professional activity, through what until now has been known as work/study alternation, is now part of the new concept of dual university training.

All this in addition to providing students with a grant to help them finance their studies, this also provides them with additional training in occupational skills, i.e., professional training experience.

In conclusion, Dual training:

It contributes to the economic coverage of their academic training
It projects a real vision of what work and their future profession is about
It requires more self-organisation and discipline, which leads to improve academic results.
