We provide opportunities for capturing young talent early through student internships. It is a strategic lever to take on the demographic challenge that has already become a reality.

In recent years, thanks to the more than 500 collaborating companies we actively work with, we have quadrupled the volume of students doing internships, and we have created a learning community that understands the experience as an opportunity for their own development and for local advancement.
