Teaching-learning process
PROJECT BASED LEARNING FOR A DEGREE IN GASTRONOMY AND CULINARY ARTS
Based on the Mondragon Unibertsitatea educational model, the Basque Culinary Centre model focuses on students and their personal, social and professional training. An eminently practical model based on skills that will be required in your future professional life.
In the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Degree you will learn by doing. Throughout the degree, you will work as part of a team to carry out and manage real projects that will allow you to know first-hand the reality of your profession and to acquire professional experience at the same time as you carry out your studies.
We value the knowledge, skills and attitude of each person pursuing the degree within an interdisciplinary approach that promotes the relationship between different areas of knowledge.
This process allows a continuous and overall evaluation, which we carry out through a solid communicative relationship between teachers and students.
