In the Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, we give great importance to developing and working on personal characteristics, in addition to working on the specific competences of the profession. Specifically, in this bachelor's degree, you will work on eight personal characteristics:

Our goal is for you to learn to be a creative and committed person, critical when interpreting reality and, at the same time, flexible in order to adapt to a changing society. Able to create appropriate environments to ensure well-being and growth. You will learn how to identify situations and adapt your teaching to the sociocultural environment of the families and the abilities of each student.
You will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills through our skill-based learning model, with which you will learn to communicate effectively, get involved and accept responsibility.
