- Online registration
- In person at the secretary's office of the Faculty of Business Administration (Oñati) (Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30).

Enrollment
The student will receive information about the registration dates together with the notification of his/her admission to the degree program in which he/she has enrolled..
For the 2025/2026 academic year, registration dates are as follows and will take place exclusively online:
- Phase 1: July 11 to 15, 2025
- Phase 2: July 17, 2025
- Phase 3: July 21-22, 2025
- Estraordinary term: July 23-24, 2025.
- Veteranos: Awaiting publication by the Basque Government.
Requirements to formalize enrollment
- The registration must be formalized, in any case, by the interested student
- At the time of enrollment the student must have a personal e-mail account and cell phone, in order to be able to sign electronically the documents that are required.
- All documents scanned in PDF format must be available at the time of registration.
