More participation of our students in the Spanish university championships

All the CEUs have already been held with the participation of 8 representatives of Mondragon Unibertsitatea

This year 2023 the universities of Castilla y León together with the CSD have organized the CEU 2023 (Spanish University Championships).

In total, we have participated in 7 championships with 8 representatives:

• Men's triple jump athletics. Leon. Imanol Astorga Goitia. 4th in the general classification.
• Women's horse riding (obstacle course). Segovia. Ane Aizpuru Ruiloba. 5th in the general classification.
• Women's individual tennis. Valladolid. Marta Garcia Elvira. She was eliminated in the first round.
• Men's fencing (epee modality). Burgos. Aitor Astorga Saez de Vicuña. He was eliminated in the first round.
• Judo: Nestor Perkaz Ortiz. Salamanca. 7th of 25 in the -66kg category.
• Golf: Lucas Hart Olaiz. Segovia. 35th in the general classification.
• Triathlon: Iker Iglesias Sopelana and Haritz Iturzaeta Oiartzabal. Zamora. 26º and 40º respectively.

Highlight the high level that has been seen in all these championships, being an opportunity for our students to participate with athletes of the highest level. Here you can see some photos and videos of the championships.
