The members of the Gastronomy Group have had the opportunity to learn the history and operation of the Gomiztegi farmhouse and Shepherds School. The visit began with an exhibition of shepherd dogs, and after knowing the facilities and the process of making cheese, it ended with a gastronomic tasting.
