The members of the Gastronomy Group of Biteri organized a workshop for making talos.
The Biterritas have created a gastronomic group as an Extracurricular Activity. The first activity of this group has been a workshop to put into practice their skills as "talogile" (person who makes talos), since this meal based on corn flour is a classic in the traditional Basque cuisine.
After kneading and grilling the pancakes, they have filled them with chistorra and cheese following the traditional recipe. They have also adapted the talos to current eating habits experimenting with other ingredients such as mushrooms and courgette.
