How are we doing these days? have you gone outside to do physical activity? how did you feel?

Like in the last week, in this time we offer you live guided sessions to work on simple stretches and strength exercises. The stretching sessions will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 to 11:15 and the strength sessions will be on Wednesdays at 18:00.

This week Malen Ruiz de Azua (GEP sports service) will teach the stretching sessions and Kepa Isasmendi (GEP sports service) will give us the strength session.

On the other hand, we propose several plans for all those people who want to start or re-start running.
