Conference to reflect on the transformation and dynamisation of work centres in Gipuzkoa
The meeting took place within the framework of the ERALDIN project, promoted by the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa. Representatives of the Provincial Council, development agencies, universities, research centres and industrial companies, among others, took part in the conference organised by Mondragon Unibertsitatea.
In a context of territorial competitiveness based on the human scale, in which transformation must be tackled jointly by society and companies, at Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa we have developed the ERALDIN, Gipuzkoako lantokiak eraldatzen eta dinamizatzen project. Un proyecto donde se ha desarrollado un proceso compartido de reflexión sobre la reproducibilidad y escalabilidad de las intervenciones en los lugares de trabajo, tomando como referencia experiencias recogidas en proyectos anteriores tanto en la cultura organizativa como las capacidades dinámicas. And, all of this, with the aim of promoting the quality of employment and the transformation of workplaces in Gipuzkoa.
Two research objectives have been set within the framework of this project:
- The design and testing of an intervention process
- The identification of the keys to maximising the reproducibility and scalability of the intervention processes in the business fabric of Gipuzkoa.
Representatives of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, local development agencies, as well as various universities, companies and consultants from Gipuzkoa took part in the meeting held at the Galarreta campus of Mondragon University. The preliminary results were presented and a dynamic of shared reflection on the future of this type of intervention and collaboration between agents was developed.
