New edition of the Enpresa Sortuz competition to promote industrial technological entrepreneurship
The Engineering School of Mondragon University is looking for innovative and sustainable technology-based business ideas in this new edition of Enpresa Sortuz. Registration ends on 30 May. The competition will award grants and funding for 6 projects to be developed next year.
All innovative technology-based ideas have a place in the Enpresa Sortuz competition promoted by the Engineering School of Mondragon Unibertsitatea. Many people are unable to carry out a business idea due to a lack of resources. For this reason, the new edition of Enpresa Sortuz incorporates a financial endowment of 100,000 euros to make any technology-based and sustainable project a reality. This has been made possible thanks to the support of the Fagor Group, Orbea and the Stirling Centre, companies involved in promoting technological talent and the creation of employment and wealth in the region. In total, the University's competition will award six grants so that during the 23/24 academic year the winning ideas can be worked on and the result can be taken to the market. Registration ends on 30 May and the finalists will be announced on 8 June. The grand final will be held on 16 June at the Garaia technology park, where they will have to present their project to the jury.
