The characteristics that I value most from Mondragon University are the closeness to the company and the practical nature of the studies. I would emphasise, especially, the possibility that students are given to work in a company while they study. Thus, students can acquire, in addition to the university training, experience in the business, while companies prepare, in their fields of work, people who may incorporate their staff in the future. The Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering has always fulfilled the expectations of ORONA. Suffice it to say that many of the people who have attended it have gone through ORONA or are here today, as is my case. The specialisation in Industrial Electronics, to be launched this year on the Orona Ideo campus, is also fully aligned with the activities of ORONA, and some of its students will work with us.
