The ceremony for the awarding of diplomas for this official degree in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, a pioneer in Spain, was held on Friday, May 20 at the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao
The Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea (Enpresagintza) held on May 20 in the afternoon at the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao (18:00 hours) the ceremony of the presentation of diplomas to its graduates of the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 courses of its LEINN degree, pioneer in the State (Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation), since due to the pandemic it had not been possible to deliver them until now, as well as its International Master in Intrapreneurship and Innovation (MINN).
In total, 150 graduates received their diplomas at the ceremony. Specifically, 146 were graduates (leinners) from the different campuses of the Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea in Oñati (44), Irun (44), Bilbao (48) and the International Program (10); and the remaining four have completed the International Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MINN) after finishing their studies.
The event began at 18:00 hours and was opened by the Dean of the Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, Lander Beloki; who gave the floor to the Mayor of Bilbao, Juan Mari Aburto. During the event, each team of LEINN and MINN Master graduates made a short team presentation. The event was closed by the Rector of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, Vicente Atxa.
Mondragon Unibertsitatea has become a reference in the area of entrepreneurship. One of its hallmarks in entrepreneurial education is the Official Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation (LEINN) in which it works with real clients in real environments. Currently, after 13 years since it began, it is an international community (Mondragon Team Academy -MTA- formed by more than 3,000 entrepreneurs, with more than 120 team companies created in LEINN and laboratories in eight locations on three continents: Irun, Oñati, Bilbao, Madrid, Barcelona, Barcelona, Valencia, Berlin (Germany), Puebla (Mexico), Seoul (South Korea) and Shanghai (China).
