The Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea has organized a conference in which more than thirty companies have participated, with the aim of sharing the new challenges that the immediate future holds in the fields of management and data analytics. The aim of this network is to launch an active surveillance to identify the factors that, in the new socio-labor environment, have an impact on the strategic planning of talent.

The conference was held in Bilbao As Fabrik between 15:00 and 16:40 hours and was opened by the general director of SPRI, Aitor Urzelai. The dean of the Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, Lander Beloki, who gave a presentation on collaborative ecosystems; the coordinator of Talent in Management of the Faculty, Mikel Mesonero, who spoke about the importance of promoting junior and senior talent; the coordinator of Research and Transfer of the Business Faculty, Eduardo Castellano, who gave a talk on the importance of research and innovation to drive transformation in companies; the coordinator of Entrepreneurship of the Faculty, Aitor Lizartza, who spoke about the entrepreneurship ecosystems of the university; and Joan Clotet, who spoke about the talent of the future.

With this conference, the Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea has made visible its service of support to the company in everything that has to do with the strategic planning of talent in areas of management and data analytics and that the faculty develops in three areas:

  • Recruitment of young talent
  • Support for the transformation of internal senior talent
  • Development of innovation, research and entrepreneurship projects.

The Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea collaborates with more than 550 learning companies to promote junior talent. Every year, more than 700 students carry out their dual internships and bachelor's and master's degree and master's degree final projects in companies.

Thanks to the close relationship with companies in the region, students complement their training in content with the development of skills and attitudes, which, at the same time, provides organizations with the opportunity to approach the best junior talent.
