With the beginning of the academic year, in September, Iñigo Ramirez de Okariz was appointed aldezle (university defender) of Mondragon Unibertsitatea.

 

Iñigo has been a co-operative member and professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences of Mondragon Unibertsitatea between 1986 and 2021.

Degree in Philosophy and Letters. Department of Geography and History, specializing in History at the University of Deusto, he completed his doctoral thesis on “The Transmission of the Nearby Cultural Heritage and Educational Agents in Primary Education” in the doctoral program “Humanities and Education in the Institutions of the Future” of the Faculty of Humanities and Educational Sciences of Mondragon Unibertsitatea in Eskoriatza.

Expert on issues of knowledge in the Humanities and Social Sciences, creator, coordinator and teacher of several degrees and postgraduate courses for teacher training as well as scientific disseminator in the field.
