Organized by the dining room commission, an excursion has been made to the Gomiztegi farmhouse to learn about the cheese-making process. Gomiztegi is a school for shepherds located in the Arantzazu neighborhood of Oñati. Apart from training students in the field of farms and shepherding, they also make cheese, and they have taught us this process with an interesting visit. To cap it all, we have also had the opportunity to taste the different cheeses there and distinguish different touches.
