The second edition of the Senior Program in People, Culture and Talent for the Future of Work, carried out in collaboration with ADEGI, has ended
Last June ended the second edition of the Senior Program in People, Culture and Talent for the Future of Work taught by the Business School of Mondragon Unibertsitatea in collaboration with ADEGI. We have been very fortunate to have once again a great team of HR professionals who have trusted us to continue growing professionally and personally.
Themes, methodologies, tools, cases, mentoring, collective learning, ... have been some of the ingredients to address the new trends that the profession has on the table.
It has been a real pleasure to accompany these professionals and learn together from this process in which we have valued the network generated, the professionals who have participated in the different sessions, as well as the current topics and trends in people/talent management.

3rd Edition of the Senior Program in People, Culture and Talent for the Future of Work.
The overall objective of this expert course is to accompany the development and learning of professionals in the field of Human Resources and People Management so that they acquire the skills that will help them to become aware of and design people management strategies in their organizations, taking into account the new trends of the future of work. All this is achieved through the real and inspiring experience of professionals in this field and the implications it entails for an organization.
The specific objectives are the following:
- To understand and internalize the impact of the new trends of the future of work on people, competitiveness, development and sustainability of organizations.
- To design and manage strategic projects in the field of people management in organizations to help them in the transformation of both the business and the organization, culture and talent.
The program takes place in Donosti, from January 25, 2024 to June 27, 2024, in blended format, biweekly classes, Thursday afternoons.
