Doing physical activity on a daily basis is very important and more in these rare moments. Every day we move, even if we don't practice any sport, we go to study or work, to shop, we go out on the street ... some more than others, but we all move.
Now we are going to stay a long time at home, sitting or lying down, and the colleagues of the sports service of Mondragon Unibertsitatea have prepared some videos for you to do at home. They are exercises that do not need special material and are easy to do.
