Like every year, representatives of all the Halls of Residence of the country have come meet, in this case in Santiago (Galicia), and Biteri has been represented. This year has been the 43rd congress and the focus has been on the trends of higher education. There have been, among other things, workshops, talks and visits, and these three days have also served to strengthen ties between the Halls of Residence and debate and reflect on different issues that concern us.
