Not only were we able to taste Mexican flavours, but also multiculturalism.

Most short-stay Mexicans will return to Mexico this weekend, so they have decided to say goodbye by filling the dining room with local flavors.

Thanks to the work of our Mexican chefs, the community of Biteri have enjoyed some pancakes called "molletes". The evening was warmed up with local music, making the Mexican rhythms turn the after-dinner into a dance session. Thank you very much for bringing a piece of Mexico to Biteri!
