In accordance with the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27 (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”), we inform you that the responsible for CircularTrans is:

Through CircularTrans we will only process the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Education
  • Position in the company
  • Email address
  • Phone number

The obligatory nature or necessity of providing this information will be marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms or sections corresponding to each service.

Your personal data will only be used for the following purposes:

  • To manage full access and carry out the CircularTrans research project.
  • To communicate with you.

We will not process your personal data for any purpose other than those described above unless required by law or court order.

Data retention: Personal data will be retained and processed as long as the consent given is not withdrawn, as well as compliance with the legally established deadlines.

All this, without prejudice to the possibility of exercising your right of deletion, limitation, etc. in which case CircularTrans will block your data for as long as its legal obligations persist.

The legal basis for the processing of data is the legitimization by consent of the data subject for the purposes described above, which will be requested at the time of:

  • before proceeding to process your data,
  • proceeding to register as a user.

However, the interested party may freely refuse to provide us with such data or, subsequently, revoke the consent previously granted to process his/her data, although such refusal will make it impossible for us to attend to his/her request or maintain the registration on the website.

CircularTrans understands that, by providing us with such data, the interested party declares, accepts and expressly consents to its processing for the purposes described above.

CircularTrans will not transfer your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so, or you have expressly authorized us to do so.

Rights of the persons concerned. Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not CircularTrans processes personal data concerning him/her. In this way, we also ensure that the information is accurate and truthful.

Likewise, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given at the time of providing us with your data.
