Eroski and the Faculty of Gastronomic Science Basque Culinary Center have presented today in Pamplona the second edition of "Cooking Our Flavors", a competition which aimed to recognize those culinary creations that give value to a local product and its varieties and are served in restaurants.
The 100 first year students of the unique Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences in Spain have traveled to Galicia and the 70 second year students to La Rioja to learn there the aspects of the product, cooking techniques and the culture of these regions.
The World Tour has already been in Brazil, now in Singapore and will soon in Colombia, China, Russia and Chile.
The next Saturday, April 20, will take place the MEETING which will attend future students of the Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts of the Basque Culinary Center.
